Annual Exam: $75.00
This includes testing of:
Near vision, Distance Vision, Muscle Balance, Eye coordination, Glaucoma,
Cataracts, Potential eye health problems.
Annual Exam & Contact Fitting (Single vision non toric disposable soft
contacts): $125.00
Annual Exam & Toric Contact Fitting: $150.00
Annual Exam & Multifocal Contact Fitting: $175.00
Annual Exam & Single Vision Gas Permable Contact Fitting: $150.00
Annual Exam & Multifocal Gas Permable Contact Fitting: $175.00
Annual Exam & Monovision Contact Fitting: $150.00
*Please Note: Prices are given for an estimate of the visit. If you are not sure
of the type of fitting you will need, we will be happy to assist you.
*If you are a previous patient and are not changing the type of fitting the
standard $50.00 fitting fee applies.
Medical Visits
Medical eye exams begin at $90.00 & up.
Foreign body removal begins at $90.00 & up
Retinal Scans: $60.00 per eye
